What our clients actually say

We handle the risks

What if something goes wrong?

Every concern our clients have — answered honestly.

What if the employee wants to sue the company?
SuperGlobal is the legal employer — any labour dispute is our legal responsibility to handle. Your company is not a party to the employment contract and bears no direct legal liability. You are fully shielded.
What if ZUS fines us for late payment?
ZUS contributions are our obligation, not yours. We carry the liability for timely filing. In our history of operations, we have never missed a ZUS deadline. We also maintain a compliance buffer for edge cases.
What if we need to fire the employee?
We manage the entire termination process — notice periods, written justification, ZUS deregistration, and severance calculations. Polish Labour Code is complex, but we handle all of it on your behalf.
What if SuperGlobal closes down?
Our sp. z o.o. entity is registered and audited in Poland. In an unlikely wind-down scenario, your employees transfer to a new employer under Polish law (Article 23¹ of the Labour Code) — their contracts and rights are fully protected.
Will the employee know they work through an EOR?
Yes — and that's fine. The employee's contract is with SuperGlobal sp. z o.o. as the legal employer. Day-to-day management, tasks and direction come from you. This is a standard and accepted arrangement in Poland.
What if the employee's salary or role changes?
We handle all contract amendments, salary changes and addenda. Just notify your account manager and we prepare the updated documentation within days, fully compliant with Polish Labour Code requirements.

Employee experience

Your hire gets a first-class experience — not a contractor feeling

SuperGlobal is the legal employer — but the day-to-day feels like working for you. Here's what your Polish team member actually receives.

01

Personal HR contact

A real person in Poland — not a chatbot. Speaks Polish, English, and Ukrainian. Responds within 4 business hours. Handles payslips, leave requests, bank letters, mortgage certificates.

02

Employee portal

Self-service dashboard: download payslips anytime, track leave balance, request time off, view annual PIT-11 tax form, access employment certificates. Mobile-friendly.

03

Transparent payslip

Monthly PDF with full breakdown: gross → ZUS → NFZ → PIT → net. No hidden deductions. Delivered by the 10th of each month. Includes YTD summary.

04

Bank-ready documents

Need a mortgage? Rental contract? Credit card? We issue official employment certificates (Zaświadczenie o zatrudnieniu) within 24 hours. Accepted by all Polish banks.

05

Leave & sick day simplicity

Request vacation via portal or Slack. Sick leave (L4)? Send the ZUS ZLA code — we register it automatically and handle ZUS payments from day 34. No paperwork chase.

06

Legal protection

Full Polish Labour Code protections — same as any direct employee. Notice periods, severance, anti-discrimination, parental rights. Nothing is weaker because of EOR structure.

07

Tax & admin handled

Annual PIT-11 filed by us. Employee gets a pre-filled tax return draft by end of February. No trips to ZUS office. No US skarbowy panic in April.

08

Benefits on one card

Medicover, Multisport, lunch allowance — all accessible from day 1 of employment (not after 3-month probation). Same package as a direct hire.

"

After 6 months, my Polish developer told me she'd forgotten she was officially employed by SuperGlobal, not us. That's when you know EOR is working.

— CTO, Berlin-based SaaS company (35 engineers in Poland)
For your employees

What to tell your
new Polish team member

Employees sometimes worry about EOR contracts. Here is exactly what to tell them — and what we help them with from day one.

"Am I a real employee with full rights?"
Yes — 100%. You have a standard umowa o pracę. Full ZUS coverage, 20–26 days annual leave, sick pay, parental rights. Identical to any other Polish employer.
"Who do I call if I have a problem?"
Your dedicated SuperGlobal account manager — reachable in Ukrainian, Polish and English. For work tasks, you speak to your actual manager at the client company. Two contacts, zero confusion.
"What about my pension and health insurance?"
ZUS contributions are paid monthly — you build up pension entitlement in Poland. NFZ public health insurance is automatic. Private health (Medicover/LUX MED) optional via EOR Premium add-on.
"Will this affect my visa or residency in Poland?"
No — EOR employment is legally identical to direct employment for residency purposes. We help you with PESEL registration, karta pobytu applications, and residence documentation as part of onboarding.

02 Frequently asked questions
01Do I need a Polish legal entity to use EOR?+
No — that's the entire point. SuperGlobal owns a registered sp. z o.o. entity in Poland. We become the legal employer on paper while you retain full day-to-day management control of your team.
02Who handles ZUS contributions and income taxes?+
We do, entirely. ZUS social contributions are filed and paid by the 15th of each month. PIT income tax advances are paid by the 20th. Annual PIT-11 forms issued to every employee. You receive one clean monthly invoice — no accounting on your side.
03What's the difference between EOR and hiring a contractor (B2B)?+
With EOR, the person is a full employee with statutory rights: paid leave, sick pay, health insurance, and legal protection. Contractors (B2B/freelance) carry serious misclassification risk under Polish law — if the relationship looks like employment, tax authorities can reclassify it and charge back-taxes plus penalties. EOR eliminates that risk completely.
04Are there any setup fees or long-term commitments?+
Zero setup fees. No annual contracts. You pay €299/month per employee. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. No exit penalties. We believe you stay because the service works — not because you're locked in.
05Can I still manage the employee's work and set their tasks?+
Yes — fully. You direct day-to-day work, set tasks, tools, schedules, performance reviews, and project assignments. SuperGlobal is the employer only on paper for legal and payroll purposes. Operationally, they are 100% your team member.
06Does the employee know they are employed through an EOR?+
Yes — and it's completely normal. The employment contract is signed with SuperGlobal sp. z o.o. as the legal employer. This arrangement is standard and widely accepted in Poland. The employee's rights, pay, and benefits are identical to being hired directly.
07Who owns the IP created by the employee?+
Your company does. Every employment contract we issue includes a full IP assignment clause transferring all work products to your company. This is drafted in compliance with Polish law and is fully enforceable. We review this carefully — unlike some global EOR platforms that use generic templates.
08Can I give the employee stock options or equity?+
Yes, but the equity grant runs through your own company's cap table — not through SuperGlobal. We can advise on the Polish tax treatment of stock options and RSUs for your employees (included in the Advisory add-on), but the legal grant mechanism is yours to manage.
09How long does onboarding take?+
24–48 hours in most cases. Once you submit employee details and we finalize the service agreement, the contract is signed and ZUS registration is completed. Most global EOR platforms take 5–14 business days. We move faster because our Polish compliance templates and ZUS filing processes are already built and ready.
10What happens when I want to terminate an employee?+
We manage the entire process: notice period (1 week to 3 months depending on tenure), written justification, ZUS deregistration, final settlement, and payslip. Polish Labour Code termination rules are strict — we handle every step compliantly so you avoid wrongful dismissal claims.
11What if I want to transfer the employee to my own entity later?+
Straightforward. When you set up your own Polish entity and are ready to bring employees in-house, we manage the transfer under Article 23¹ of the Polish Labour Code. The employee's seniority, leave entitlements and rights are fully preserved. Many clients use us as an interim solution while they establish their own entity.
12Is there a minimum number of employees required?+
No minimum. You can start with one employee. We work with clients from 1 to 50+ employees in Poland. For teams above 10 employees, contact us for volume pricing which significantly reduces the per-person cost.
